Training Programs:

  1. Adult group class (these classes focus on functional movements, strength, and the scalability for all fitness levels.)

  2. Spring Youth Athlete class 2025 starting March 3rd (the spring athlete program will focus on the youth athlete and proper development of strength, speed, coordination, agility, aerobic capacity, and injury prevention.)

  3. Youth Development class (this class is a fundamental fitness class for ages 3- 8 years old. The goal of the class is to learn basic functional exercises and to make fitness fun for all ages.)

  4. Laxfit Clinic 2025 (this clinic will be a one day clinic focusing on skills, gameplay, fitness, footwork, speed, and resistance training! Coming in June 2025
