Test yourself each month with these challenges! Earn some cool prizes for completing each month and develop a routine to do some sort of movement each day for the entire month!

2025 CHALLENGES

  • January- 3 rounds: 20 push-ups 25 squats 30 sit-ups

  • February- EMOM14: min 1- 10 burpees min 2- 40 second run or stair climb

  • March- Run/walk a 5k or row a 3k twice in the month of March.

2024 challenges

- January: 100 step ups per day

- February: 50 cal bike or 800m run

- March: 100 sit-ups per day

- April: 30 pull-ups strict or 50 rows

-May: Accumulate 15 minutes of biking or running

-June: EMOM10: 10 Burpees

-July: Accumulate a 3 minute plank

-August: repeat challenge. 50 cal bike

-September: walk or run 2 min and increasing by 2 min each day until you hit 60 min

-October: 100 air squats per day

-November: Accumulate 300 pushups each week

-December: 150 step ups per day
