Fitness is only a part of the health journey! Nutrition is the foundation!

Nutrition is a huge passion of mine! I love everything about food from how it’s grown, to how it is prepared, to how it effects your body and performance, and to how it can be the crux to really living a full and happy life. Developing a positive relationship with food and the process of prepping your own meals can provide such a feeling of accomplishment. Learning how to fuel your body to support your goals and health is the cornerstone to true fitness! Its not just a diet or the next big fad, it’s a lifestyle, a commitment, and something that should be a priority in your day.

Whether it be meal prepping, nutrition advice, coaching, recipes, or just someone to talk to about your nutrition I am hear to help and give guidance where I can! I have a Master’s in Public Health with an emphasis in Nutrition. My plans are not the end all be all. Every single one of us is different and what works for one may not work for all. The plans I offer provide guidance and structure and recipes and food suggestions to help create a better daily routine to make eating more fun and exciting and less of a burden or chore! Food is delicious and everyone, no matter your goals, should feel proud and excited about the food they are cooking and eating!

Nutrition Plans:

  1. Four week plan (this includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes for 6 days out of the week, a weekly grocery list, and snack suggestions.)

  2. One on one coaching 6-8 weeks (this includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipes specific to fit individual goals with calorie breakdown per meal, weekly grocery list, and snack list. This also includes one weekly phone call to check in on progress, and texting availability between 9 AM - 5 PM regarding nutrition advice.)

  3. Recipe List (this includes 25 different recipes and their calorie breakdown for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.)
